Asian hornet hive guard

Stop the hornets without stopping the bees. Three gap sizes decide whether it works: 5.5mm for the bees, 7mm for the hornets, 3.5mm so anything smaller can leave.

Why it matters

More than pressing print.

Each piece is finished by hand — sprayed and enamelled, or hand-painted in acrylic layers, with metallic wax worked into the detail. The material, finish and scale are chosen for the piece, and shown on every listing.

Some pieces are original designs, some are commissions. Each listing says clearly what it is. Most are one-offs — once a piece sells, it’s gone.

Some pieces have to look right. Some have to fit. Both start on the same bench.
